An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. betpk reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the player prior to any deduction. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. betpk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. betpk makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform or its content beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.
Note: Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude betpk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

You may close your betpk account at any time by contacting betpk's customer support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, betpk will process any remaining balance in your account (subject to verification requirements) and close the account within a reasonable period. Please note that closing your account does not cancel any pending wagers that were placed prior to the closure request.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.
